Use the spreadsheet below when importing calibration or maintenance records into CIS.
Important Import Notes
  • Under Calibrated By, enter the user's number from the Users Table.
  • Under Location, enter the applicable Location Criteria number, not the location name.
  • Under Calibration or Maintenance, enter: 1 for Calibration, 2 for Maintenance, and 3 for Other.
